Lender representation may include, but is not limited to: (a) order and review title; (b) verify all municipal liens are paid in full; (c) verify all condo fees are paid in full; (d) draft closing documents as necessary (both residential and commercial); (e) draft Settlement Statements in accordance with appropriate Federal Regulations; (f) attend Closing and verify that all documents are properly executed; (g) record appropriate documents with the Registry of Deeds to effectuate the Mortgage; and (h) issue Lender’s Title Insurance.
