Immigration Fee Waiver Form

For the first time, USCIS has provided immigration attorneys with a standard form to request a waiver of application fees.  This additional guidance gives attorneys a much clearer view of what USCIS is looking when adjudicating fee waiver requests. Additional information can be found here.
