The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) has issued a Consumer Advisory regarding the recent announcements by the Obama Administration concerning prosecutorial discretion and the difference between low and high priority immigration cases.  This Consumer Advisory is reproduced below for your convenience.  It is important to remember that immigration advice should come from a qualified immigration lawyer and not a notario, consultant, friend or neighbor.  If you wish to speak to a qualified immigration lawyer for a consultation, please contact LaFountain & Wollman, P.C. at 617-926-8944 or info@lafountainwollman.com.
