The Department of State has released the January 2014 Visa Bulletin, which can be found here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_6228.html. The Visa Bulletin is published monthly by the Department of State and indicates who may apply for an immigrant visa based on their preference category and priority date. Please note that the Family 2A (Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents) category has retained the priority date cut-off of September 8, 2013 for most countries.
