Attorney PeggyAnn Wollman is an experienced lawyer and a founding member of the firm. She has worked as a lawyer in Watertown for over ten years, and currently resides in Brighton. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York and her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Wollman was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2001. She worked as a lawyer for the Law Offices of Ara H. Margosian II, P.C. under the guidance of the late Ara H. Margosian II, Esq. from 2001 through September of 2010. Currently, Attorney Wollman is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), the Boston Bar Association (BBA) and a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Attorney Wollman’s main practice areas include, but are not limited to, real estate law, business law, landlord/tenant law, condominium law, trusts & estates and probate law. Attorney Wollman represents lenders, buyers and sellers in all of their residential and commercial real estate needs from purchases to refinances to condominium conversions to sales. Additionally, Attorney Wollman is available to aid business owners in creation of business entities or in asset and stock transfers as well as business maintenance. Attorney Wollman also represents landlords, tenants, and condominium associations with any and all legal issues that may arise. Attorney Wollman assists clients in drafting wills and trusts and in the probate and litigation of the same. |
